Daikin Europe NV a atins un nivel ridicat de acreditare BREEAM cu 23 de indivizi din 12 tari instruiti si caificati prin programul BREEAM de acreditare profesionala. Acesta reprezinta cel mai mare numar de persoane acreditate profesional care fac parte dintr-o singura organizatie.

Cei 23 de angajati ai firmei Daikin sunt din 12 tari - Austria, Belgia, Croatia, Republica Ceha, Grecia, Slovacia, Irlanda, Italia, Polonia, Spania, Romania si Regatul Unit al Marii Britanii– si vor juca un rol important in a ajuta clientii firmei Daikin sa inteleaga si sa indeplineasca cerintele certificarii BREEAM.

“Programul de acreditare profesionala joaca un rol esential pentru obtinerea unui scor ridicat BREEAM, furnizand consultanta de specialitate, catre client si echipa de proiectare, in ceea ce priveste sustenabilitatea mediului construit, proiectarea ecologica si evaluarea in cadrul sistemului BREEAM” declara Gavin Dunn, directorul BREEAM.” Ei faciliteaza eforturile echipei de a-si planifica eficient activitatea si de a isi stabili prioritatile pentru a obtine punctajul BREEAM propus.”

Pentru a fi luat in considerare pentru calificarea la programul de acreditare profesionala, un profesionist in constructii are nevoie o experienta profesionala de lucru de cel putin 3 ani dupa absolvire (sau echivalentul acesteia), pe un post care include si sustenabilitatea mediului construit. Candidatii apreciati trebuie sa demonstreze, de asemenea, cunostinte de proiectare ecologica integrata, cu aprecierea valorii ciclului de viata si analiza costurilor.

Pregatirea pentru programul de acreditare profesionala BREEAM consta intr-un curs premergator de invatare online, plus un atelier de o zi si un examen.

Daikin Europe NV has hit a BREEAM high with 23 individuals across 12 countries trained and qualified under the BREEAM Accredited Professional (AP) programme. This represents the largest number of APs from any one single organisation
The 23 Daikin employees are across 12 countries - Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Greece, Slovakia, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Spain, Romania and UK – and will play an important role in the helping Daikin clients understand and excel in the requirements of BREEAM.
"APs play a pivotal role in achieving a high BREEAM score, providing the client and design team with expert advice on built environment sustainability, environmental design and assessment within the BREEAM framework` says Gavin Dunn, Director of BREEAM. `They facilitate the team`s efforts to successfully schedule activities and set priorities to achieve a target BREEAM rating."

To be considered for the AP qualification, a building professional needs at least three years post graduate (or equivalent) professional experience working in a role covering the sustainability of the built environment. Succesful candicates must also demonstrate knowledge of integrated environmental design with an appreciation of life cycle assessment and cost analysis.
The training for a BREEAM AP consists of pre-course online learning plus a one day workshop and an exam.
