The 22nd international SENSOR+TEST Measurement Fair is to be held from the 19th to the 21st of May 2015 on the fair grounds of the Nürnberg Exhibition Center under the motto “Welcome to the Innovation Dialog.” A multitude of opportunities to obtain first-hand information on the state of the art in sensor, measuring, and testing technology – not only at the stands of the 550 exhibitors from all over the globe, but also at various technical forums and thematic stands.

Thus, visitors can go to one of the special forums in hall 12 to get an overview of the latest developments in “Environmental Monitoring”, this year`s special topic. Also in hall 12 and dealing with environmental protection as well is the presentation forum with such topics as Perceived Air Quality or Noise Measurement of Racing Vehicles to be held on the first day of the fair.
Exhibitors at SENSOR+TEST will continuously hold brief presentations about their products, applications, and solutions at the open technical forums in Hall 11 and hall 12. At the “Innovative Testing” forum on the second day of the fair, experts from industry and research will present particularly innovative sensor technologies and measuring processes of the future. The popular vehicle testing ground located between hall 11 and hall 12 will again let visitors experience measuring and testing technology in automotives in live demonstrations.
Image processing also relies on sensors and sensor systems and these are to be shown at the SENSOR+TEST as well. To emphasize their significance, enterprises and institutes will present interesting product novelties at a community stand for “Vision Sensors and Systems” as in previous years.

SENSOR+TEST 2015 – Focus on Environmental Monitoring
Environmental protection in industry – as well as in general – is hardly possible without reliable measuring values. Whether we want to avoid health hazards, optimize industrial processes, or comply with new statutory requirements: Precise monitoring of ambient conditions is now a more important task for sensing, measuring, and testing technology than ever before.
This is why the Exhibitors` Committee in cooperation with the Executive Board of the AMA Association for Sensors and Measurement chose Environmental Monitoring as the Special Topic for the SENSOR+TEST 2015. The spotlight is to be on systems for measuring air quality.
From the 19th to the 21st of May in Nuremberg, the SENSOR+TEST will present the state of the art in this technology. Besides going to the many presentations at the stands of the exhibitors, visitors can get a concentrated overview of new relevant products and solutions at the Special Forum in hall 12. Moreover, the presentation forum in hall 12 is to be dedicated to “Environmental Monitoring” on Tuesday, the first day of the fair.
